About the Bexhill Farm Kitchen
Bexhill Farm Kitchen was established over 60 years ago and has been with present owners Lee and Kirsty Smith since December 2003.
Lee's career as a Baker and Pastry Chef started in 1984 with his apprenticeship at Saffrons Patisserie in Eastbourne together with studies at Brighton Catering College.
After working locally for many years Lee gained speciality experience holding the position as Head Baker at the Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane and Victoria Park Plaza in London and & Clarke's Bread in Kensington.
While working at these positions Lee produced breads and pastries for Nelson Mandela, Queen Elizabeth, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Will Smith and many more.
